"Hotel was nice but washcloths amd towels had stains on them, went to the front desk for more and they were yellow stains on them also. Very good location and shuttle to the airport was a plus. The African american gentleman that helped me during check out was very nice and very helpful.. would recommend, but bring your own towels and washcloths. Bathtub was very stained and scratched. "

"Hotel was basic . No coffee makers in the room . They make buy digusting coffee for $4.50. Room service is a joke and the food is horrible. My room had a view of a roof top and an aitport . I did not find any amenities. Staff was either high of just didnt care . Theres is NOTHING special about this place . Hard beds . Small bathrooms . Save yourself some money and stay elsewhere "

"At the end of my check in, the front desk explained there would be a Mardi Gras party Saturday night. I would need to wear a bracelet for security, and tickets were still available. I was assured my room was “very far” from the Mardi Gras party and would not be disturbed from the noise. I reconfirmed this as I did not plan to go, and wanted a quiet room. Saturday evening was LOUD in our room. The hotel should have listed a note before booking (even 3rd party sites), and also alerted me before fully checking in. I was looking for a quiet stay, but informed after checking in. My guest spoke with the front desk around 8pm Saturday. We were offered a different room, but packing and unpacking would have just been another inconvenience without a guarantee the room would be quiet. I have left MULTIPLE messages for the front desk manager in the last week. No returned calls, no apology. Hoping this review catches someone’s attention to address things since voicemails go unanswered. "
