Staff at front desk very rude. Told breakfast would be $6:00. Was 15. I'm going to guess because they knew that this place was closing down that they didn't care how they treated people. The bartender was the only nice person that we met.

Bad Situation Turned into A Great Experience

My stay began with a bit of a rocky start first; The hotel moved me from the king bed suite list to a two-bed queen suite. Then, I found hair on both of the queen beds. I received a comp breakfast as a result of the room change. I was reporting my finding of hair on my linens. The man at the front desk moved me to a new space. The new room was clean without issues. In my room experience, the tv gets most of all the major Tv stations. example, ESPN, HBO, etc. Next, I heard plenty of outdoor noise, such as emergency 🚨 sirens And engine revving. My sleep cycle was broken on several occasions due to those noisy. Overall, it was an okay visit given that I was not in my room throughout the day.

Staffing was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The property has given its 60 day notice of closing and is not fixing anything broken. I had gotten 2 rooms 3 nights and the one room the bed was broken where the mattress touched the floor on one corner and the other side was broken and the other room had someone elses socks under the computer desk and overly noisy AC unit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, quiet and convenient location and excellent public transportation to the Denver airport. Located 100 yards away from the Denver US Passport Office and 400 hundred yards from the RTC "9Mile Gate E" bus station with direct buses to the airport from 6 AM throughout the day every hour. The same from the Ground Transportation Center at Denver International to the 9 Mile Gate E bus station. Last direct bus to the "9 Mile" RTC bus station from Denver International is at 1:15 AM. Cost of an RTC day pass good for the trip and any other RTC transportation in the Denver Metropolitan Ares is about 11 dollars, People over 65 years old or disable pay half the fare. The trip from "9 Mile' Gate E" station to the airport takes between 25 and 40 minutes depending on the traffic. The distance between the hotel and the airport is 22 miles.

All amenities online was closed. Staff charged more then what I authorized, and lied repeatedly. Management was horrible. Totally serves its purpose. No complaints.

I was here for one night as it’s conveniently located right next to the Colorado Passport Agency and I had to get that done. I was hesitant because of the not so great overall score but I have some thoughts. First, the value is excellent. The price was low ($90) and the room is very clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable as well as the pillows. It’s not the most modern or updated property but for a clean, comfortable place to sleep, I was very happy.
