"Very modernized style indoors. Overall very clean as well and in a convenient area. About 30 min walking distance from fisherman’s wharf or less than 10 min Uber. Beautiful view from Bar at the upper level and delicious drinks. Customer service over all was amazing. "

"Out to the city for an overnight birthday celebration for my partner. We upgraded to a deluxe suite, ended up on the corner of the 8th floor. Lovely views, clean suite, perfect for our evening. Enjoyed cocktails and small bites at the redwood room before adventuring for the evening. Will be back ! Perfect location for where we like to go in the city :)"

"Very friendly and helpful. No restaurant on site, but a nice coffee shop next door. Rooms and bathroom large and nicely decorated, loved the choice of books 😊. You can take the BART service to the hotel, just exit Powell St and walk up Powell to Sutter. Cost of BART is about $11, and taxi is close to $50. Lovely restaurant near by called Roxanne Cafe at Powell and Bush (loved the dinner menu). Keep in mind that almost all of the restaurants close around 10pm. "
