「The staff at this hotel were super helpful and so nice! We were booked to stay at another hotel and went to the coffee shop at this hotel and loved it and the people so much we switched hotels to stay here. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. This will be our go-to for stays in Mobile!」

「I've stayed here many times while traveling through Mobile.
First, to give credit where it's due, I still consider this the best hotel in Mobile.
That said, each stay seems to come with a different room quality and a different staff experience.
The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, although on occasion I get the impression that some employees are not particularly happy to be there.
The rooms are the biggest unknown. I sometimes wonder if booking through Expedia results in being...

「Absolutely loved and will definitely come back. Loved how vintage it was. Staff was very friendly and didnt mind helping with anything if needed. Then restaurant across the street was also great.」

「Einfach wunderbar! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Insgesamt eine sehr familiäre Umgebung mit hervorragenden Frühstück und herrlicher Lage und Ausblick auf die Mobile Bay. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!」
