"I only gave 3 stars because they discounted my stay due to their error. I booked a private 2 bedroom suite with private pool and they put me in a garden suite.... thank God I was traveling solo only for 1 night and not a week+ with my wife. It would have ruined the entire trip flying 20 hours from Canada for this experience, and that would have been a total failure. Still a severe let down for me personally and my travel partner. "The aircon was broken for the majority of our stay, the staff did not seem to know much about what was going on, and the pool did not look clean during our stay so we did not go in. The area is extremely quiet, you are far from from most nice restaurants/ markets(30-40 min), however there is a 7/11 directly opposite, a lovely brunch place next door to this called toast, and silver beach is a 20 minute walk which is absolutely beautiful.
