"Clean bedding and room and comfy and love the river front balcony other than no chairs! Had to ask 3 times to get chairs and then they were “old style kitchen chairs!” So weird but the staff is very nice . The main part of hotel needs attention for sure . Dirty carpets all through hotel floors outside the rooms . Dirt old looking elevators . Very nice staff though! "

"The service was excellent ......the Room is a bit on the small size and the bathroom was very crampt and small . You could not close the door at the same time you sit on the toilet because te toilett is too close to the door ...they should have sacrificed one Room on the Floor when they built the hotel and added a bit to the bathrooms ."

"Everything was very nice, Starbucks sold in the morning doesn’t do blended cold drinks (fraps). Breakfast bar is good, good quality ingredients. A little more on the expensive side. Kitchen staff and bartender were very kind. Cleaning staff ladies were kind. Will be booking here every time I’m in town! "

"I would have to say an air fryer would have been nice and more utensils. Sturdier beds, and dining chairs would also have been nice. Also more toilet paper, the communication in the beginning was a bit delayed, the times for check-out was also a bit confusing because the website said one thing while the emails I’ve received said another. However, the overall stay was great! And I was able to get everything I needed."
