"I regularly travel globally for both business and pleasure usually staying at hotels of this class. The Bergresort has the worst service I ever experienced, a complete contrast to the Alpenpark (owned by the same family) where I stayed twice previously. At this level (4 star superior), rude, staff making customers feel unwelcome and ignored is not acceptable. Don't go to this hotel for a relaxing time. "

"The hotel was very homely and comfortable. The management and staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The room was superb and the bed the most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept in (would love to import one). The food was superb with excellent menu choices every evening and a very good wine list. We were a late booking and are delighted to have stayed in what's probably one of the best hotels in Seefeld, if not the best. We'll be back (to quote a famous Austrian actor). All we missed...
