「Room was great and the staff was fantastic. Heater in Lobby and cafe area was broken which made it very cold for drinks at the bar and breakfast. 「The property was beautiful. When we opened our curtains the next morning you could see the pool and the lake in the background. So beautiful!! My only thing I would change is adding a place for people to charge their phones that forgot their box and only had their cord. That’s the only thing otherwise it’s perfect 」

「The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!」
