「Checking in and extending my stay were complicated!
After extending my room I was then at work, got a call to say my belongings that were in my room were going to be bagged and tagged.
Poor communication. After a few emails with no reply’s I am still waiting on my receipt, weeks later!

「Convenient location to Midway, and good restaurant with friendly staff. My room was very nice and the bedroom room itself was clean, however, there were problems with the bathroom. There was mold in the shower in several spots, the body wash container was empty and the lotion container was empty as well. I didn't notice these things until I was already in the shower - too late to make a change. In the morning, when I wanted a cup of coffee in my room, I discovered the coffee maker was broken....
