「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay.
Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms.
Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around.
They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it!

「The room including the bathroom was spacious with nice decor. Some updates are needed. Furniture and carpet look a bit worn. The Nespresso coffee maker was fine. The lobby coffee was ordinary. Had to call to get an iron. Enjoyed the shower. 」
