"The room was clean but with two adults booked there was only one chair to sit on. Replenishment of the coffee machine was every other day requiring constant calls to Housekeeping for sugar. Response was tardy at best. Reception staff were excellent and welcoming "

"Couldn’t be happier with the room quality size and cleanliness however amenities were a whole other story. The dining available in the hotel was great but we didn’t frequent the cafe after our first time as the staff were so rude and unfriendly. Furthermore we were told we could not order a drink and take it up to our room which seemed insane (we wanted mimosas in our room while getting ready for our wedding) no room service available despite the website mentioning it. Staff clarified and told us NO. with these things alone I would have chosen another hotel all together."
