"This place was a mess. Check in was a nightmare, we were waiting in line for about 45 minutes. Two of the four elevators were broken so that was another 30 minute wait to get to the 8th floor to our room. The room itself was okay, no real complaints there. We went to a concert at OSU stadium so when we got back after, the wait for the elevator was ridiculous, had to take 8 flights of stairs. The shower was nice. Check out was quick and easy. I wouldn't stay there again."
