"The hotel is right in downtown Nashville, a few blocks uphill from Broadway where the crowds hang out. So it was a good location to all the must-see spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the hotel could use a refresher. "

"Simple, clean room with a decent amount of space. Bathroom was comfortable size and kept clean too. Nice touches like motion activated night lights/LEDs to guide you to the restroom in the dark. Only real complaint isn't really the hotel's fault, but Nashville on a Saturday is filled with sirens, engine revs, woo girls and plenty of other noise that can keep you awake until 2am easily. Otherwise 'twas a nice stay"

"First time staying in a Virgin Hotel and will be back. The room was comfortable and well thought out floorplan. Rooftop lounge didn’t disappoint and dinner in the first floor restaurant was also good. Very pleased with hotel and the service provided "

"Rooms are big, good location (quiet) and short cheap taxi ride to downtown (hotel gives you daily Lyft $5 discounts - 2 trips a day). Breakfast is descent and the staff is very friendly. There’s also a 7-11 down the block. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Entry and exit were simple and made easier by concierge that communicated extremely well. We had no noise, construction or otherwise. This place is awesome and we will definitely be back. Super close to Broadway, shopping, sports and downtown. I highly recommend and cant wait ti go back to Smashville."

"Our stay at this hotel was nice. The hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly. My biggest disappointment with this hotel was the lack of bedding. A flat sheet and a thin blanket was all there was to it. We prefer a hotel with more plush bedding and the bathroom was extremely close to the bed not leaving much privacy. The minibar was very well stocked and well priced however we realized a good number of the snacks were expired after we bit into them and they tasted stale/were hard as rocks. We...
