"Very nice location. It’s a busy resort, but after reading reviews, requested a top floor and it was perfect. Not a new property, but well kept and very clean. Great views and close to the zoo, open spaces stores and restaurants outside of the resort. Staff was great also. "

"Lovely historic hotel with spacious, high ceilinged rooms. Rooms could use ceining fans so as to reduce the need for window air-conditioners. The porch was a wonderful place to sit and read. Nice location and very helpful staff. Loved the bed and appreciated the stepstool so i could actually get into it!"

"Looked like a nice place in pics but when arrived found the cleaning of the place was done pretty bad. Floors were terrible. Crumbs on sofa on ledges all over the floor. Very bad cleaning job which made us all question how well the beds and sheets were cleaned and the bathroom. One bed hard one bed soft not the best sleep for any of us. Heat kept automatically going on when we were trying to cool the place down with the Swamp cooler/ac unit they provided because it was hot out thus the...
