The property was very nice with excellent views. Loved sitting outside in the adirondack chairs by the fire pit drinking wine. Our only suggestion would be to override the sprinkler system and turn it off while guests are sitting out there enjoying the view. We were peacefully sitting by the fire pit - enjoying the view when the sprinkler system started and we had to move and turn off the fire pit. That is our only suggestion. Otherwise everything was great. Our overall rating would have been 5 stars if not for the sprinklers going off on us.

Fantastic place

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The house itself was beautiful, equipped with all the facilities we could possibly need. On top of that, the view was absolutely fantastic – a perfect place to relax and enjoy.

Lovely getaway

We stayed in both rooms hosted by Shane and Samantha. They did a wonderful job to ensure our comfort and requests were met. The space is quite private on the lower level of their home. If in the area again, we will try to stay here!

Where do we begin….We like to consider myself a frequent flyer/traveler having been all over the continental US and multiple foreign countries in the last 20 years. Having done so we have stayed in my fair share of hotels, hostels, and bed & breakfasts. We can honestly say Château du Pikes Peak was by far the best B & B we’ve stayed in and it’s not close. Shane and Samantha are very accommodating while offering seriously one of the most picture perfect views of the mountains. The location is not only central to most everything in the region but their setup is literally unheard of in terms of offerings. They offer full use of the lower level with a movie room, private bathroom and full bar area. Super clean, quiet and again, totally private. I wish my vocabulary was a bit wider because I do not feel as if the words I’m using to describe it do it enough justice. Shane and Samantha are super nice, very helpful, easy to talk to and set up a guide to help navigate the area. We loved every minute of it and will definitely stay again! Thank you for your service as well as an amazing experience!

We had a wonderful time on our honeymoon staying here! Shane and Samantha were very kind and helpful when it came to finding things to do, best places to eat and anytime we had any issues Shane was there! The view was breathtaking and the place was very clean! We definitely will be staying there again when we decide to come back to Colorado!

We were greeted when we arrived and given information for the Colorado Springs area. We had questions about the area around and things we wanted to see. Again, all were answered patiently. We had a varied breakfast each morning and the property was beautiful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling in the area.

Shane and Samantha are such gracious and knowledgeable hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and recommendations they provided. It’s hard to pick a favorite detail between the views of Pike’s Peak, the cozy fireplace, or the luxurious bed and linens. This is such a perfect place for a visit to Colorado Springs. The location is convenient to restaurants, bars, the mountains, shopping, and fitness facilities. Will definitely visit again!

We chose Chateau de Pikes Peak for our trip to Colorado. It was in a perfect location, and the room was amazingly comfortable. It was convenient to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, and the Air Force Academy. Samantha and Shane were wonderful hosts, and made us feel like family. They were informative about the area and sites. They provided us with great recommendations. We can’t wait to go back. We would definitely stay at Chateau de Pikes Peak.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed at! Where do we even begin... In terms of hospitality Shane and Samantha went out of their way to accommodate us beautifully! From the moment we got there to the moment we left they ensured our stay was just perfect! The place itself is an attraction really, my boyfriend and I would wake up before sunrise just to make sure we didn't miss a moment of it. You have a breathtaking view of Pikes Peak from the terrace and if you choose to stay in the Pasteur Room you get a great mountain view from your room! We honestly wanted to spend our evenings there since you get to have the theater room, bar, outside patio and small living room space! This will definitely not be the last time we will visit Chateau du Pikes Peak. Thank you so much Shane and Samantha for a great experience!

The owners were too hands on I have never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before and I will not stay at a Bed and Breakfast again I want privacy . I do not want to hang out with the owners . And Breakfast was a joke a boiled egg and a banana that is not a breakfast to me .

Personalized Luxury with a View

This is truly a premier B&B. Samantha and Shane go all out to make sure you have everything you could possibly want. The room is located in the bottom floor of their lovely Tuscan style home which is in a stunning residential area. You walk down the stone steps around the house to your private entrance. You have full use of the amenities, which include a fireplace/reading area, a bar (bring your own alcohol), fridge, microwave, a movie theater room with recliners so comfy you could sleep in them, a lovely bedroom with walk-in closet and a gorgeous bathroom. The linens are luxurious and everything is so clean. There is a private outdoor space to relax at and a fire pit. And to top it off, the view of Pikes Peak. Upon arrival you are greeted by this amazing couple and are made to feel right at home. Samantha is so kind and friendly. She sets out a beautiful breakfast and provided me with a selection of gluten-free options. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again when our travels bring us back to the beautiful area of Colorado Springs.

Gorgeous property with incredible hosts! Yes

If you’re traveling to the Colorado Springs area, I HIGHLY recommend staying here. The neighborhood, home, property, and views are unbelievable! The interior and exterior of the home are beautifully decorated. Most importantly, the hosts are incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Once they learned I was there for work and wouldn’t be available for breakfast, Samantha ensured I had boiled eggs, fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, bagels, juice, and coffee readily available. Not only did they provide recommendations on restaurants, they also helped me map out some good running routes. The location is perfect! It’s within 5-10 minutes of numerous restaurants and about 15 minutes from the Air Force Academy Northgate.
