"The hotel is only a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from the airport terminal and it is much less expensive than the two hotels that are located at the terminal. Rooms are clean and quiet. "

"I had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Zürich Hotel. Everything about the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities in the room were excellent. The staff were outstanding—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were great, and everything was organized and high quality. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Zürich. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay. "Room was in a poor condition, bathroom door not closing. Very delayed checkin process."

"The staff were not the friendliest and the room was not stocked with Kleenex or extra toilet paper. The room was not cleaned the next day and they charged for the shuttle to go to the airport. It was ok for a few nights stay but not overall recommended. It did have a steam room and sauna which was nice. "
