"The hotel is very conveniently located at Terminal D of DFW, which makes it extremely practical for travelers.
However, my experience late at night was disappointing. I arrived at 10:15 pm and the main restaurant was already closed, with only the bar open. There was no 24-hour full menu service, only a very limited late-night menu that was both unappealing and overpriced.
For a Grand Hyatt, and especially for an airport hotel where guests arrive at all hours, this is a significant gap. This is...
