"At the time of booking a bed-and-breakfast I thought that breakfast would be included and be prepared by cook. But I got breakfast in a bag in refrigerator to take to my room. If I would’ve known prior to booking the bed and breakfast I would’ve not to stay there."

"We could not recommend highly enough. Willy and Shoney are great hosts. Three-course breakfasts were amazing. Homemade cookies set out as take-aways every day. Free glasses of wine on the porch in the evening. Wonderful live music included on Saturday night. On-point advice about what to do around Asheville. All in a beautiful and historic home. I don't know what they could do to make it better. Just a fantastic place to stay."

"Pros: cool boujee rooms and hotel, nice rooftop sitting, great bathroom, staff are fairly nice, comfy bed and pillows, free self-parking at 95 Paynes Way. Cons: charged $150 incidentals fee we weren’t made aware of from either Expedia or The Radical until checkin, only a bed in the room with nowhere else to sit or hang out, no microwave, location is meh (not in easy walking distance to the arts district like I hoped it was). "

Fair, except that the software does not take credit card without a zip code, like mine (I do not reside in the US) upon calling, I was told I could come down and pay, then food will be delivered to my room. This defeats the purpose. Change your software supplier please. Second. The AC in the room is not really...

"Beautiful hotel overlooking the mountains. The Sunset Terrace is the perfect spot to watch the sunset while having a drink or dinner. Two large stone fireplaces in the main lobby add to the ambiance. The rooms are clean and well appointed. There are several restaurants to choose from, including an ice cream shop and gift shops. "Loved this place & its quirkiness. You definitely need to notice the fine print which I may not have fully but isn’t a true B&B. However, there are plenty of free breakfast continental items and specialty coffees and teas for your enjoyment. Self service what you want and how ever much you want. Snacks and drinks always available. Saw a staff member 1 time in almost a 2 days; however, the modern & convenient text service works fantastic!! I did have to use & got immediate responses.
