「 Gorgeous sexy hotel - 1920’s vibe, super clean, convenient to shopping & dining in Ashvillebut above all staff is super nice. Andrew is super nice - helped us with all our luggage & parking on a rainy day & Nate is spectacular- super nice - helped us with dining reservation s at Luminoso (beautiful restaurant- excellent gourmet food) and is very informative about the perks of the hotel - I can’t wait to come back!」

「I absolutely love the breakfast, mountain views, hospitality and history of this place. Not to mention the flowers, chocolates, champagne and huge jetted bathtub. Everyone is so sweet and we try to come back every July for good reason. Highly recommend. 」
