"Overall, we had a great experience at this property however, there were some upkeep and maintenance issues in our room such as broken bathroom lights and a coffee maker that was not easy to get to work. We reported these issues when we left. The dining options and multiple pools and hot tubs were a plus! "

"Hotel was hard to find at first and it kind of resembles a motel on the outside BUT they remodeled it beautifully. Staff was AMAZING! Literally so nice, so attentive. Customer service was a 10/10. But I have three complaints. First, I would put the ac on 60 but it never went past 68 and seemed like it didn’t work at night; it would get extremely hot during the night and I have to be cold to sleep.
