"The room I stood in had a crack running down the middle of the room that looked like old water damage and smelled like mildew. The bathroom was pretty dirty (hair all over the place). The toilet barely flushed as well. I did notice that other buildings were being renovated so hopefully it’ll be renovated soon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was Prom night so there was about 100 minors that rented multiple rooms to party in. Security was out and about trying to maintain the minors. I...

"Lovely location. Vibey deco. Room was good but the ac shuts off when we stop moving and fall asleep. Is there an econo setting that shuts the ac off? Restaurant was a little slow, and they didn’t seem to know their espresso drinks very well. That may be snobby of me, but I wanted to be honest. "

"The resort is huge. The room we booked was great, had a nice comfortable bed, 2 showers. The resort has plenty of things to do ( golfing, tennis, swimming, etc) it was centrally located for shopping, restaurants, etc. we had a very good time there! "

"Nice location and facilities, comfortable and quiet room. The property is beginning to show some wear and tear in terms of stucco corners, stucco wall damage, especially on the lower levels. There seemed to be a lot of staff on the grounds using their iPhones, not working that hard, yet some areas seemed unclean such as the elevators, and remained dirty during our whole 3 day stay. "Double tree in Cathedral City has been our regular destination stay for the past 8 years. We love the pool, location and comfort of stay. However this year we are noticing a decline in upkeep. The patio furniture outside or room was worn and torn. We had to call for service to help us in lighting and later turning off our firepit. The pool area was very dirty and one of the hot tubs never got even close to warm. The small fridge in our room wasnt very cold and the bedding comforter was thinning....
