"This hotel is really nice but we’ve stayed here a handful of times. Every time we have stayed and prepaid with hotels.com. They tell us it’s overbooked and they try to move us from a king room to 2 full size beds. My husband is 6’3 and can’t possibly sleep in a full size bed. I just wish you get what you pay for. "I love how centrally located the hotel is to dining and shopping. I also loved the scent of the hotel. They offer complimentary coffee in the morning. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is roomy. It was very quiet in the room as well. Would definitely stay again my next trip to Dallas."

"Very dog friendly! We even had an oops, and they were very accommodating and forgiving. Very convenient to eateries with patio dining and those that accept dogs. We’ve been to concerts at the Toyota Music Factory and will now book here for those nights. "

"Our room had most annoying pipe noise that we literally left the TV on during the night . I wish the front staff would informed us a little more what the hotel offers we keep asking for information . Every thing was perfect "

"No impressed at all. For the price of this hotel I was shocked they didn’t offer an airport shuttle. The pool is incredibly small and the restaurant/snack shop is very over priced. "

"Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, overall it was a good stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the wait time for the elevators, there were times we had to wait 5-6 minutes for an elevator and when we did get on one it was full and stopped on every floor because someone else was waiting to get on and couldn’t because it was full."
