「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「The Arrive is fine. It's a clean, updated nice room in a good location. The amenities don't exist, no coffee or breakfast or anything unless you're paying. Parking isn't free, but free parking is easy on the street. The room itself was just ok, clearly an old renovated motel. No body wash, TV remote didn't work, no wifi to be found. Staff, from our experience, was kinda cold and not very friendly. It's fine, but it's not worth $300+ a night.」

「So many postiives to write here.
1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice.
2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. There is a happy hour with draft beer every day!
3- The room is perfectly spacious, immaculately clean
4- Whatever you need, the host will provide. I wouldnt recommend this place for families, but for couples its...
