「This was a reservation I’ve done for my parents and I heard nothing but good comments from them. Unfortunately, my father had an health issue during the stay and the staff was excellent. Called the doctor to come, ask all the time if my mother needed anything from their side. They were truly great on the support and for that I’m really appreciated. 「Vielen Dank für die super entgegenkommende Serviceleistung. Nachdem in der Nacht um 3:00 Uhr unser Abflug gecancelt wurde fanden wir dieses Hotel, um einen Tag länger auf den Abflug zu warten. Obwohl wir regulär erst um 14 Uhr hätten das Zimmer beziehen können wurde das erste freigewordene Zimmer am Morgen für uns hergerichtet und so konnten wir schon um 9:30 Uhr das Zimmer beziehen und wir uns vom Stress der Nacht ausgiebig erholen.
