"We had a great stay at the Brinckerhoff Inn. The property is beautiful and it was obvious how much work went into the restoration. The decor was very "Presidential" and definitely felt like you were back in the 18th Century. My husband and I had a lovely stay. The en suite bathroom was spacious and Molton brown amenities added a nice touch. We even snuck in a few games of pool in the downstairs game room. "It's a beautiful place but rooms need upgrade. Old room no fridge or microwave. Went with a child and didn't have a fridge to put her milk in. It was very disappointing. Room next to mine was shut down under construction."

"The young lady at the desk was extremely nice, but the building and the room smelled so bad of disinfectant we could hardly breath. The room was not as advertised. One queen bed which looked clean and a small sofa bed with torn arms and the carpets were so dirty. The advertised kitchen had no utensils or dishes and glassware."
