"We love Hotel Icon. It’s beautiful and the bed is super comfy. The only issue we had was every time to air came on it made a loud bang. I also thought $50 for valet (1 night) was kind of outrageous. "

"The service was friendly and very helpful. Requests for extra bedding and towels were met almost immediately. A complimentary continental breakfast would have added to our stay as we were to be at the hospital by 7am. A $20 breakfast buffet was available but who had time?"

"the parking was a bit rough for handicap persons. the valet was full and the parking garage and parking lot was too far for me to walk "
