"Why would they put the dining room in the basement with no windows when it could have been on the top floor with an amazing view. Strange! Free breakfast and free lunch and dinner was a nice touch, but the food got really boring, really quick! Rooms were spacious compared to most in Japan. Clean, good service "

"The location could not be better - literally attached to the Hakata train station. The staff were all lovely and really did everything they could to make our stay in Fukuoka better. The food was also very good and they were willing to make small changes like omitting items. The rooms were very clean and comfortable."

"This hotel is super close to the Hakata station and accessible from underground (exit West 18) or by crossing the street from the West exit of the station. The room felt a little dated but overall everything was clean and met expectations. "

"Overall good, but slightly overpriced in my opinion. Restaurant is mostly Japanese style, with limited capacity. No room service. Next to girl bars and host clubs, but still quiet. Currently construction next door daytime only. "
