"We really enjoyed our time here! There was plenty of space and we loved how many bathrooms and bedrooms this unit had! The pool and hot tub were great and it was nice how many pool towels were provided. This unit had lots of space and easily accommodated our large family!"

"My family wanted this to be a 5 star vacation rental but unfortunately it was not. The ice maker in the refrigerator is broken. The local team did send a kid who dropped 2 bags of ice off which was nice. But for the rate they charge for the condo they can afford to replace the fridge. The jacuzzi tub was disgusting. Filled it up, turned on the jets and BAM it was full of black gunk that blew out of the jets. They offered to send housekeeping but I refused because it should have been cleaned...

"We booked through hotel.com, so I thought there might be a check-in desk because we never received a welcome email with the unit number or the door code. It took me a while to find a phone number for hotel.com, but they were able to find a person to send the welcome email, and everything was wonderful after that! (On a side note, another couple in the parking area told me they had the same problem, so be sure you have your welcome email before you get there.)"

"I had to contact the property for check in details because I still hadn’t received them on arrival, they tried to blame me for not receiving the email. Then the fridge didn’t work, but “it was working an hr ago when I was there for an inspection” then the primary bathroom wouldn’t drain. I had to have them come out twice. I had also extended the stay and then after moving travel arrangements they decided to revoke the extension because I complained and made them fix things. After this, tried to...
