This condo was perfect for our family. Easy to access the unit. Great patio. Rooms and kitchen were super nice. Easy access to St. George and both Zion entrances. Outdoor pool was amazing. My kids loved to have the indoor pool to themselves. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, almost everything inside the house looked new or unused, clean, comfortable; bunk beds in both rooms was a good idea; My kids enjoyed the pool outside with the slides and lazy river. The only negative is the big screen in the living room did not work.

Well appointed and very quiet location. Loved the outdoor patio and fireplace but did not like the bright daylight bulbs everywhere. Nice parking under the unit. Some things did not work, like the ice maker and the lock on a bedroom door. In all, very good experience and would stay again.

The condo was great, comfortable and clean. Kind of wished the kitchen was stocked better and the grill was too dirty to cook on. The instructions to enter the unit weren’t clear so it took quite a while to figure out we needed to walk up 3 flights of stairs from the front instead of using the door with the unit number in the garage.

Overall great experience, once we got in. Had a mix up with the buildings and went to the wrong apartment at first. After finally getting in touch with the property and headed in the right direction our stay was great. Nice place overall and easy basecamp for our national park drives. Lots of great local restaurants and groceries in the nearby town.

Incredibly beautiful and quiet

So beautiful and quiet. The master bed was so comfortable and the blackouts blocked all the light. The living area had the best couch and the fireplace was great on the chilly nights we had. The jetted tub needs cleaning and shot out little black things so we just used the showers which we loved. The microwave was a little glitchy to close but overall we just loved our stay. Oh and we loved the community pool.

Coral Springs Resort

The condo was clean and decently stocked with items needed to cook. The bathrooms had a random selectio of soap and shampoo--not enough for more than a one night stay for a couple. The master bath only had one bath towel. The showers need shelves or some place to put hygiene items, so they're not on the floor. The address link wasn't properly linked out--needs resolving between google and the US Post Office. Great response from the host and private rentals. Pool areas were great.

We stayed three nights with our two college age children. There was plenty of space for eating and watching TV. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The balcony was spacious with a gas grill and fireplace. The complex seemed pretty empty, we only saw a few other people during our stay. We used the pool and basketball court, both were very nice. This property was nice, but it seemed a little unkept. There were beer cans in the bushes at the bottom of the stairs for our entire stay. There was a big hole in the screen on the patio door. There was no cover on the ceiling fan light in one of the bedrooms and several light bulbs were out.

Th e real problem was it wasn't the address you gave me and it didn't have all that was on the original agreement. It was more of a apartment set up. Didn't look like the pics when I signed up. I'm still trying to decide if I should ask for some of my money back...anyway it was clean and we made it work. They said they didn't have a history of theaddress you gave me. Thx

Room was great and roomy- pool was awesome with indoor outdoor options. Only complaint is not enough towels and the toiletries were super cheap and very small. Plan on brining your own products for sure.
