"Great hotel to stay in, and clean rooms with great staff help. Close by Ariake station and other convenient stores and near a shopping mall as well. Definitely, recommend to anyone who is traveling to Tokyo Japan."

"Overall its a great hotel. This is my second time staying here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Its really close to shinjuku station. However it is in kabukicho so be prepared for crowds and a lot of police/security on friday, saturday, and sunday night. Another thing is i have been to other hotels that give a lot more amenities than this hotel. "

"The service was excellent. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-designed, and the shower was particularly impressive. My wife especially enjoyed the onsen facilities. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, offering a wide selection of both Western and Eastern dishes. My only complaint is the gym, which lacked any resistance training equipment. Even a basic set of dumbbells up to 20–30 kg or a few kettlebells would be a significant improvement."

"Lovely room on the executive level with the benefit of lounge use. Perfect location with a station on the lower level. Breakfast was very good with fresh made omelets. Staff was wonderful! The only suggestion would be to make the evening lounge cocktail hours for Adults Only. There were far too many children allowed in the area at times. Parents apparently could not understand the printed rules regarding children being quiet and not permitted to run around. Fortunately we had several evenings that were childless and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. Highly recommend this hotel!"
