"We absolutely loved our time here. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The forest view was lovely and yet we were so close to the Heavenly Gondola. We had 5 adults and 4 children in the 6 bedroom Villa #11. We had a lovely view of the forest out the back and the Gondolas out the front corner windows. The listing does need to be updated for accuracy though. On the negative side there was no desk (although the listing said there was one). But, on the up side, the 6 bedroom listing said 4...

"Super close to lifts, and restaurants. A little rough around the edges, but most things were fine. Appliances were all nice, and t.v. was modern. To nitpick (since you asked), my biggest complaint would be that there wasn't a clean sponge in the kitchen sink, and the only cooking pot available for cooking would have been rejected from a second-hand store. I don't expect too much from rentals (ie, I usually bring my own knives and basic cooking supplies), but I want at least basic quality pots...

"Hello. Perhaps this is a new rental. Not quite equipped. Kitchen. Cabinet surfaces greasy. Hood over range does not work. Which means light to see what you are cooking does not work nor does the fan to vent cooking smoke. Bathroom drape not heavy enough to keep water inside shower. Realize they used this lightweight model so they could change out. But it did not do its job. Bathroom not quite sparkling clean. No steak knives. 4/ good plates. 2- cracked so not enough to serve 6. Silverware...
