「Me and my family’s review is based on our experience we had at the Hilton during our five nights stay here. We were in contact with the hotel prior to arrival and spoke to multiple employees and explain to them. 「Me sentí muy incómoda porque al llegar me hicieron un downgrade de la habitacion y simplemente me dijeron que eso es lo que había, mas o menos qje de malas. Servicio al cliente bien precario. 「A great place to stay for a quiet and relaxing visit to the Rosario Islands. Ideal for families and travellers seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday. Catching the boat ferry from Cartagena was a bit chaotic and confusing, but that is the only complaint. 」
