"The hotel is amazing, staff is amazing, luckily 2 girls could speak Spanish and they assisted me with finding my reservation as they couldn't find it initially and I had to wait for one hour, I don't know if hotels.com did not share the booking information instantly as it was fully paid but at the end I managed to check in."

"The room is clean n crisp. For a beach resort, there wasnt any additional events to exceed my expectations. There are no special in the service.
