"I took a red eye to New Brunswick. It just worked out that way. I arrived at the Heldrich Hotel at about 8:30am, hoping to at least check my luggage so I could walk about or do something until it was the official check-in time. Instead, the woman at the front desk said "let's see what we can do for you" and just like that, I was given a key to my room before 9am. "The Shorthills is very convenient, the facilities are good and the food is excellent. However, I changed my plans and only stayed 4 nights and not 5 and they refused to refund me, as I was an expedia customer. Also, since I last stayed there they have stopped doing a continental buffet breakfast and its order only, which is not great in the morning when you are in a rush. "

"We stayed overnight for an event in a nearby town. The parking deck was convenient enough for the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean. The staff that we interacted with were very friendly. My only complaint was the view of the air conditioner units. Would be nice to see a better view. "
