「The slopes are quite accessible from the Cliff Lodge. The rooms feel pretty dated but clean . The massages at the spa were very professional and well done. The hotel charges guests to use any aspect of the spa though – – the rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, the steam and dry saunas – – unless you are getting a massage treatment.」

「Overall, a beautiful property. They could be a bit better in keeping elevator buttons clean. But they are on top of cosmetics to fix dings in walls from visitor l skis. The staff is excellent. The restaurant is excellent. Overall a great place!」

「3rd party canceled booking without letting me know. "Supposedly" there was an issue with my credit card even though the charge for the booking went through the day i made the booking, hence the reason it said booked and i was sent a receipt. Showed up on thr day of reservation after hotels.com continued sending me correspondence on directions, things to do etc. Called the property management company per email sent and they said they had canceled my reservation (via email) because of issue w/...
