「The property is tasteful and Very clean, well appointed rooms, and the pool hot tub area is excellent. The beach access from the pool area is great and is one of the cleanest beaches I’ve seen. The staff was friendly and did not push the vacation club if you aren’t interested. The only draw back is that it lies in the approach zone for the tour helicopters, so they constantly (1 every 30 seconds to minute) fly over the pool area, however you can’t hear them in the room. 「Great place to stay as a family with two kids while visiting the beach. Safe and quiet, great amenities and a close drive to the beach, boardwalk and much more!」

「The pla e was clean and well kept. It had everything needed for a nice vacation. Communication was great. We asked if we could use the parking garage before our check in time and they were able to accommodate us to use the parking garage at 12 which was great.」

「It was clean. The view was spectacular. The beachfront was amazing. Walking the beachfront every morning and evening, you could walk for miles.」

「This place is the best setting!! Right on the beach! We loved watching all the traffic in the evening and enjoyed the music. I was there for work and the noise from the street didn't bother me sleeping. I had two of my grands who live in Charleston come up for a night. We beached it, shopped, ate great seafood, went to a water park and walked the pier!! Would def stay again. The parking was a pain but the garage was really close. 」

「The place was nice. I noticed it wasn't no dish cloth or pods for the dish washer. The rags and towels wasn't so clean. I had to rewashed them, because the had dirt stain and some of the kitchen utensils wasn't really clean. Other than that everything else was good. The place was spacious and really nice.」

「Close to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy . At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time . A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful. Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple. 」

「It was a nice apartment, but it was not clean I had my little 2 year old walking in socks and it got very dirty in just 10 minutes of walking on the first day. Some furniture needs to be updated for the price they’re renting the property it for!」

「The over all room was clean for the most part and the bedding was. Upon arrival the AC stopped working, and we had to wait for that to be fixed. The filter was filthy and the serviceman said the unit needed to be cleaned. We received a message from Hosteeva that they charge extra fees for room cleaning during the stay. We also were given 6 towels for 4 guest for a 6 night stay. I had to wash my own towels. Towels and any other toiletries are only provided extra for an additional fee. If paper...
