Everything was great: a very spacious room, a nice view from the balcony, and an exceptional staff who did everything they could to help check us in after I found out that my ID and credit card were lost (happened at a different location; I was able to retrieve both the next day). The only drawback of the stay was a very loud freezer that was going through some noisy cycle every 30 minutes or so; it took a night or two for us to adapt.

I like that the staff was very friendly and understanding when I didn't know I needed a card to leave a deposit and they don't take cash. That was my fault and they were very helpful. The room look just like the pictures very clean and organized. It was like home away from home to us. We had a good view of the ocean from our balcony and that was what we wanted. We an to return very soon. Thank you so much for making our

The rooms were clean. The ocean view was gorgeous, but do not mistake it for ocean front. We had a beautiful view of the ocean on either side of the hotel in front of us. There are three options for parking. The garage attached to the hotel can get a little tight, so if you have a larger vehicle I would recommend parking in one the other two options.

The Bluegreen Carolina Grande hotel is a great place to stay. We really like the convenience of being able to park inside the building. The cleanliness of the rooms, elevators and walkways are always top notch. A full size kitchen is a great addition in every room.. We like the hotel is centrally located just across the street from the beach. The contact with the front desk via text messaging as well as text messaging check out is perfect. We have stayed there twice this summer and already have another trip booked for next month. Definitely check this place out for your next stay at the beach.
