From the beginning, they made us feel like special guests. The valet driver understood my hesitation to park my rental car in these small tight spaces and asked if he can take over and then he parked the car with so much ease. "We were free upgrade to executive room. The room was very big with separate office table and sofa seaters. The toilet was huge with two basins. Location was not an issue for us as we had a private vehicle transfer. "

"A new, very modern property on the main road going through Sun Moon Lake. Rooms spacious and very contemporary with comfortable beds. However, the walls are very thin so everything can be heard from the adjoining rooms and not sure about the clear glass partitioning of the toilet and shower."

"We like the service and room and children play area, but we didnt like the toilet in our bathroom. It didn't completely flush and left urine and fecal matter behind. We had to flush so many times to get the toilet water to look "clean." The towels and bedsheets also seem kind of old, but everything else was good, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast."
