"The only problem we had was not receiving an email with how to check in and out and we did not have any door codes to enter the building. We had to call to get the information and it was very time consuming. The staff was friendly and did all they could to help us but I was not pleased with the everything we had to go through to get into our room. "

"We were able to check in a little early. The unit was clean and very comfortable. We thought there was a problem with the door lock and a maintenace man came within minutes of us calling. I would stay here again. FYI for anyone thinking of staying here, DO NOT forget to put the parking pass in your windshield. They check for it. I forgot one day and had a notice put on my vehicle. "

"We were dissapointed we did not have photos or even know wgat unit we had until the day before. Also would have liked to have known ahead of time what type of coffee maker their was etc. The tile floors were wiped clean but the grooves were filthy. The windows and doors were filthy on the outside. There was no glass cleaner available so we couldnt clean them to see out. The sceen door in the living room would not slide open. We had to access the patio from the bedroom. "

"The condo was beautiful, clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only reason it wasn’t perfect is because the mattresses were soft and I need a firm mattress. "

"We absolutely LOVED our stay at Phoenix West II by Hosteeva (room 2301). The lazy river and water slide were the highlights for the kids, that and everything else were the highlights for the adults! "

"The property was amazing. We had a great weekend and will definitely rent again. The only additional money you have to pay is the $30 for the parking pass, but to park at the beach that not bad. The room was clean and well stocked. The wrap around balcony was great best way to wake up and start the day was the sunrise and the ocean. "

"This property was perfect for our stay in Gulf Shores. Great view from the fourth floor. The only problem we had was one night there was strong wind and it caused the trash chute to vibrate so loud that I had to sleep with my noise cancelling headphones on. It just affects the back bedroom that has a shared wall with the garbage chute. Otherwise it's a nice place to stay."

"Loved the condo, was beautiful and had an amazing view. We did have issues of no weather stripping in the door, so we had to shove a towel under it bcuz it was windy and making a loud obnoxious noise. Also couldn’t leave the ice maker on or it sounded like someone knocking on the wall because it was noisy. They did address the issues, but while we were still there. So we had maintenance there 3 different times while we tried to relax and enjoy out trip. It’s a perfect spot though, right by a...
