"Meranova was a great place to stay in downtown Dunedin. The room and property were well maintained, clean and comfortable. We lived spending time at the small pool on property. It’s also centrally located in downtown Dunedin and walkable to food, bars and shopping. We have stayed here before and we will definitely be staying again. "

"We rented this place for a week. We got a call couple days later hurricane coming so we have to move the furnitures inside ( extremely heavy) I said no send someone to move them. Call back to ask about hurricane policy her answer was you out of luck unless you had hurricane insurance ( first time for us beeing in a hurricane ) the woman should have explained before that august sept we get hurricane so please try to have insurance. We lost 3 days stuck home so that really sucked, we called cause...

"We received the apt with the dishwasher full of plates/mugs/pots/silverware. The dryer machine was full of clothes too. And smelling as food when we arrived. So I think the cleaning charge is not a fair rate due these conditions."
