"Staff was prompt & courteous. Hotel was clean and bed and bath were excellent. Good mattress and pillows which is of utmost important to me. The hotel, however, is very, very dated. Dark hallways. Black and silver decor feels very mid70’s. Though I’m sure it’s been updated since then. Just not a fan of the moody darkness. "

"Gorgeous lobby and great location for downtown activities. Had some noisy air conditioning but otherwise no problems. The view is pretty at night but honestly Nashville is kind of a construction zone so the view is not that great in the light of day. "

"We loved our stay and were very happy with location. We found it quite noisy as we backed on the lane where trucks came and emptied dumpsters before 7 am, as well as the very near and busy fire department. Guess that’s downtown living! The property is clean and well run. Instructions for check in and check out were very good. Would definitely make a second stay. "

"The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only issue we experienced were the amount of dogs staying in the hotel, and the barking. The walls do not hide the fact that, when left alone, dogs bark at all hours of the night."

"The hotel is right in downtown Nashville, a few blocks uphill from Broadway where the crowds hang out. So it was a good location to all the must-see spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the hotel could use a refresher. "

"Property and the room were beautiful. We came in early on our arrival and were told our room would be ready in approx 2 hours. That changed several times. We were told to stay close as our room would be ready. Unfortunately the lack of communication resulted in us wasting the afternoon to get checked in. If they just told us you can’t check in until 4pm that would have been fine. They bought us lunch and drinks to make up for it. "

"We loved the hotel, great location, can walk to all the bars, shops& restaurants. The pool was great! It got sun all day! It did get a little busy so if you want a chair in the sun, I’d get out there early as you can. The food and drinks by the pool was nice and convenient! We didn’t care for our food from the restaurant downstairs, wish we dinner ate outside the hotel since there were so many cute places we walked past after. Other than that we had a great stay! "With family and friends. The hotel is in a wonderful spot and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The only negative comment was the housekeeping could be more diligent. Dirty glasses were not changed during room cleaning and shower rug not left. I will say when notifying front desk it was quickly rectified. One bonus with this property is they provide bagged ice and have still and sparkling water stations on each floor."
