"The rooms and service are good, but next to the hotel stands the rusty skeleton of an old building under construction that looms over the pool and the view (obviously it doesn't show up in the photos on the website...)"

"Everything here was great. Staff was exceptionally nice and did their best to assist with whatever we needed. For me the only thing is that the pool is open to the public so we didn’t have chairs for the pool poolside and it was busy (weekend) and my kids did not want to swim, this may be ok for others. The local beach was beautiful and the sunsets were amazing."

"While we were there our son went into medical distress. The staff at the store and the reception desk were absolutely amazing. So kind, caring, and thoughtful. My son and I didn’t get to finish our stay there but they sent food packages with the rest of our family for our hospital stay. At the end of the day, a hotel is just a hotel….it’s the staff and people that make the experience. 10/10 experience. "

"Good base for quick visit"

"Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."

"Don’t let initial lack of kerb appeal when arriving put you off. This is a fantastic place to stay. Staff who love their jobs, a chef whose menu draws locals to eat in the evenings, super comfy beds in rooms and on the beach which is also on your doorstep. Highly recommend!"

"The staff was very friendly and Kind. The food was very good and dinner/ lunch menu changed daily so you never had the same. The beach is just a few meters away from the hotel (2 minute walk ) I defenetly recommend this hotel ☺️ "
