"이번에 씨에스호텔을 처음 이용하였는데 객실 상태와 주변 환경이 너무 좋아 편안하게 지내다 왔습니다. 그런데 몇가지 아쉬운점이 객실 바닥이 나무로 되어 있고 오랜되다 보니 실내 슬리퍼를 신고 다닐때 미끄러운 곳이 많아 여러번 넘어질뻔 했습니다. 객실 바닥을 교차하기가 힘들것 같으니 슬리퍼의 바닥이 요철이 있거나 미끄럼 방지 기능이 있는 것으로 개선하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 그리고 대부분의 직원 분들이 손님과 마주하여도 인사를 하지 않고 지나쳤습니다. 이런 부분은 특급 호텔을 지향하는 측면에서 개선이 필요하다고 생각 됩니다."
