"This was the perfect relaxation getaway. Everything you need is on the property. The staff were amazing and very helpful at every request. We ate breakfast at the lounge each morning and the staff there, including the manager, Brian, went above and beyond each day to ensure we had amazing start to our day. The location is close to beach and walking trail access, an amazing pool onsite and great food at the hotel. Highly recommend for a stay in Jeju."

"The hotel is in a lovely location. It’s so clean. It’s so big it’s so nice. There’s no laundry which wasn’t the best for us but it’s fine. There’s lots of food and shops nearby to be honest. So its helpful. It’s connected to the hotel next door because this hotel doesn’t have 24 hour staff but overall really lovely.The room that we stayed in was really nice, we stayed for only 2 nights they offered to clean our room they gave us new towels everyday. The room is really comfortable."

"I chose this hotel as it was not too far away from the ICC where I was attending a conference. It’s about 20minutes walk there or also about 15-20 minutes via the local buses, which is i”very convenient to take as bus stops are very nearby. The breakfast is delicious - traditional Korean with lots of banchan and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and kind even if not all could speak English well. I was a little late for the breakfast ( ends at 8:30 ) but they kindly accommodated me as I was by myself. There are also many places to eat nearby and 2 convenience stores as well. Would come back here again for my next trip. The only issue I had was the flooding in the shower stall whenever I took a shower, as somehow the water took a long time to drain off. Other than that, I was very pleased with my junior suite ( 1 bedroom and 1 living room with a sofa-bed ), and had a mini fridge and kettle with coffee and tea provided."
