「Paid for a balcony room and they sold out. I was given a regular room that would have been 50 dollars cheaper and they couldn't refund me or give me the difference because I booked through Expedia. The whole reason I chose that hotel and paid more was for the balcony.
The hotel promised me a refund through Expedia and I talked to them and Expedia several times but they only blamed each other. I travel a lot, bad experience! 」

「I have Mixed feelings about this property. Everything was clean and spacious. ,however the concrete floors are a bit much for my liking!
Looks like they pulled up carpet and just left what was underneath exposed! Ladies bring slippers or socks for your feet!」

「My experience at the hotel was exceptional. I arrived early at 9:45 AM prior to my arrival I did not ask for an early check-in so I was expecting to leave my luggage at the front desk until my 3 PM check-in. The receptionist said that he had a room available for me. I did not have to wait. I was totally surprised and impressed with that first interaction.
