「Beautiful hotel. Tigress Restaurant was really tasty! Had evening beverages on a couple nights at the 7th floor open-air bar. Delightful. Everything is new, staff was very helpful. I didn't know the TV system and couldn't get channels. Mentioned it to the desk staff at 9:30 PM. While I was in the library area reading, the TV was "fixed" with ESPN waiting for me when I returned at 10 PM. All employees were super cordial. Had a great drink from the main pool area's bar while getting some sun....

「Everything was perfect but the night supervisor Susana was very rude. Apparently she doesn’t like her job. All the other staff members were very helpful and very attentive.including Armand the concierge who provided a very good service. I hope the management can hire people who actually likes the job and has the correct attitude. Susana seems to be very unhappy with her work but also with her life.」

「入住时等了很久，车辆、住客都堆积在大门口，酒店大堂门口是代泊车、第一次去的话并不知情，为此等很久、一片混乱。入住后感觉员工很热情、心情稍平复」
