We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. "information was incorrect - different location than given on hotels.com information was incorrect - no reception desk, no check in check in was via a local agent who could only get contacted once hotels.com helpline was asked to help overall check in took 1.5h not acceptable"
