"I gave this hotel a high review due to them being honest we me. Right away at check in I was informed that AC unit was not in working condition and was giving the options to opt out of the reservation with a full refund back. I decided to stay the night anyway which was not bad. The hotel was nice to remove the parking fees also which was generous of them. Overall my stay was nice, room was very spacious and clean. Love the Complementary cookies given to us! The only issue I had was noise from...

"It was great, except the restaurant hours, and quality of breakfest food items were not good. You need to do a full breakfast/brunch buffet offering everything! And since you only do til 11:00 am you have no options for lunch. Why not have the buffet and go til 2:00 or 3:00 pm? Then do dinner starting at like 4:30? Anyhow everything was great otherwise!"

"This is a super cool property (renovated gorgeous art deco bank) in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. The bar downstairs is classy, fun, and has delicious cocktails. Our room was so quiet and so comfortable - would stay here again and also recommend to friends!"

Pool could use a cleaning, feet kept snagging onto multiple clumps of hair. Everything was near by which was very nice, would definitely recommend and stay here again"
