"Problems started with them telling us the spa is NOT heated after we had it booked and arrived. When I called to let them know it was broken they said it costs an extra $35 per day to have it heated. I argued multiple times this was not advertised and finally my wife got on the phone and asked the woman if she ever in her life heard of a SPA that is not heated.
