"This day was top-of-the-line all the way through. From the moment that we arrived till the moment that we left, we received top-tier service. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. From the valet, to the bell staff, to the security… they were all friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. The housekeeping staff had to come in to change one of our beds in the evening because we spilled something. When the lady arrived to change the bed, she was so kind, quick and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The view was beautiful. You never smelled the cigarette smell inside of the hotel at all. I will say one drawback is that the pool was on the small side. We had envisioned a bigger pool area. But, it did still look nice and clean."
